This makes for incredibly diverse tasks and ensures that no two weeks look the same. Each one brings new challenges — and I love that variety. It gives me energy. But what drives me most are the inspiring people I get to work with — both in the office and at the client’s. Alongside working hard, it’s important for me to relax and recharge — whether through meetups, sports, or drinks with groups of friends. Luckily, I can also find that same sense of fun and connection right here at Summiteers, thanks to the warm, open atmosphere and the healthy dose of down-to-earthness we all share.
