With a lot of energy and creativity, I love making complex challenges simple and accessible — and then ensuring that people are empowered to take action and achieve sustainable results. That’s what gets me out of bed in the morning. As a certified Customer Experience professional, I always aim to make the customer or employee journey an integral part of what I do. I enjoy holding up a mirror to organizations: what problem are we really trying to solve — and for whom? Outside of Summiteers, you’ll often find me with my nose in a book, at a yoga class, or catching up with friends on a terrace.
