The National Inspectorate of Digital Infrastructure (RDI) is committed to the availability, reliability, and safety of the Netherlands' digital infrastructure. Following organizational changes, the newly formed Strategy team aimed to develop a shared vision for its role and mission, explore concrete tools for implementation, and strengthen team cohesion. Summiteers facilitated a two-day session, guiding the team through a “mini strategy process” — a mix of content, inspiration, and, above all, hands-on thinking and doing. Beyond the intended goals, the process gave the team a boost of energy and concrete ideas to build on.
